How to Choose the Right Printing Material
Choosing the right material starts with the environment and purpose of the finished print.
When selecting a printing material, first decide where the finished product will be used. Outdoor banners and large promotional displays have different requirements from indoor wall graphics, business cards or office stationery.
Consider the use case
Flex printing is commonly considered for large-format promotional work. Vinyl is useful for adhesive graphics, stickers and branding surfaces. Rigid Sunpack boards can work well for lightweight indoor displays. Paper products such as visiting cards and letterheads are suited to direct business communication.
Check the details before printing
Quantity also matters. A short run may call for a different production approach than a large recurring requirement. Before requesting a quote, prepare the finished size, approximate quantity, artwork status and intended use. These details make it easier to recommend an appropriate option.
