What information should I provide for a printing quotation?
Share the product name, finished width and height, quantity, preferred material if known, artwork status and intended use. For installation work, location and access details may also affect the quotation.
Can I give dimensions in inches or centimetres?
Yes. Use our measurement converter to convert mm, cm, metres, inches, feet and yards. For production, confirm the final unit and finished size with the printer.
What is the difference between flex and vinyl printing?
Flex is commonly used for large-format banners and outdoor promotional displays. Vinyl is commonly used for adhesive graphics, stickers and branding surfaces. The suitable choice depends on the application and installation surface.
What file format should I send?
Ask the printer which format they prefer for your job. Vector artwork is useful for logos and text-heavy designs, while high-resolution raster artwork may be suitable for photographs and some large-format work. Always confirm dimensions before exporting.
Can you print visiting cards and letterheads?

Does the calculator give the final printing price?
No. The calculator estimates dimensions and area only. Printing price can depend on material, quantity, finishing, installation, artwork and other job-specific factors.
